35 days aged Aberdeen scotch fillet with potato fondant, baby carrot, grilled baby gem shallot gastrique and red wine jus

Butter Roast Chicken

Roast vegetables, pumpkin purée, grilled baby gem, girolle mushroom, baby carrot and chicken jus

Turbot Fillet

Pan-seared fillet with potato and spring onion cake. Wild mushroom fricassee and beurré blanc sauce

Butter Poached Lobster

Butter poached lobster tail, quinoa, carrot purée, and glazed vegetables. With butter lemon and fine herbs sauce
