Served with fig chutney and brioche toast

With fruit compote calvados whipped cream and croutons

With minted pea mash

Main Course

Pan-Fried Prime veal fillet

On a bed of grilled artichoke hearts with selected wild mushroom and red wine essence.
Served with parsnip mash

Traditional Christmas Dinner

Roasted Turkey Breast stuffed with herbs, breadcrumb and chestnut served with roast potatoes, pigs in blankets, roast vegetables and cranberry sauce & homemade gravy

Duo of Duck

Pan roasted duck breast & duck leg sausage rolls. Served with celeriac mash, plums and dark rum sauce

Grilled turbot fillet

On a bed of samphire with sauternes veloute. Served with crushed potatoes

Lamb two ways

Grilled rack of lamb and confit shoulder of lamb served with mash potatoes, glazed vegetables and rosemary jus

Vegetables wellington (v)

Chestnut, spinach, mushroom & goat cheese Wellington. Served with roast potatoes, roast vegetables and red pepper coulis sauce.

Buchette caramel & chocolat

Layers of chocolate and caramel mousse with caramelized hazelnuts
Served with salted caramel ice cream

Buchette poire & maron

Chestnut mousse topped with walnuts and pear, flambee rum on the side
